LOL I literally laughed out loud when I saw email. I think the AZE1 experiment will still be valid as the CLI won't impact my United card individual UT and I'll go to 33% aggregate so won't dip below 30%.
It will make a difference ... For those that believe there are no aggregate UT thresholds. In that case score would gradually change as AG UT increases/decreases (no abrupt spikes).
Your profile is a good candidate for testing incremental changes of aggregate utilization on score such as:
33% => 28%, 28% => 23%, 23% => 18%, 18% => 13%, 13% => 8% and 8% => 3%.
It would be nice to see real world data on this. I'd even be interested in seeing what the sim shows for each of the above. I'm no longer a paying customer so, Fico has locked me out of the sim.
Questions to answer:
Do all 5% changes in AG UT have the same influence on score? Unlikely. Such would be the case only if no thresholds exist or they exist in intervals where each of the above 5% intervals happens to include a real threshold.
Does crossing below 15% spike score or not as observed by a poster in another thread?
Do the biggest boost in scores come when AG UT crosses below 29% and later when 9% is crossed?
Is there any score boost crossing below 5%-6% (i.e. 8% to 3%)?

I was shocked to see the new CLI. I'll be able to see in next EX update is new CL update captures. The AZE1 test will still be valid.
Once I get next update from EX I'll make payment which will drop card with the balance under 69% individual UT. Then next data point will be 29% aggregate.
What is interesting to me is aggregate at 29% worth more or less points than individual card at 49%. I can't wait to never have CC debt carrying over month to month.
I edited my above post. Sure hope you can test a few aggregate intervals on the way down. Also, put in a request to use the sim to get score estimate data points at the specific UT levels listed.

I'll do sim especially once the CLI hits the report. My United card has 30600 limit and with monthly payment I'm knocking off about 1300 a month off balance so not quite 5% a month.
